Chapter PowerPoint Slides

PLEASE change the view to Grayscale Preview and print at least 3 slides per page. Here are the PowerPoint instructions for both settings:

  1. For Grayscale Preview, click on the button on the menu. (Next to Zoom) 
  2. Click on File on the menu bar and choose the Print option.
  3. Check the "Grayscale" option that is listed at the bottom of the print dialog box.
  4. Click on the arrow on the "Print What" option box and select the Handouts .
  5. In the Handouts section, choose the number of slides (3 or 6) to be printed per page.
  6. Click OK.
